BIG Monster Mandarin builds on Monster Mandarin by transitioning to children's activities, games, and science experiments all while listening to and speaking Mandarin Chinese. What better way to learn a foreign language than by playing, interacting, and having fun!
 
BIG Monster Mandarin Design
 
BIG Monster Mandarin is designed to be a play-based, full immersion learning experience for kids. The wide range of activities is suitable for a wide range of ages and includes digital games like:
 
drawing rainbows
ocean fishing
monster maze
 
as well as more active activities like:
 
scavenger hunts
simon says
science experiments
 
Homework
 
Each class will require homework consisting of the following:
 
vocabulary via identifying pictures, eg. picture of an apple
pronunciation practice covering syllables, tones, and accent
grammar + sentence structure
 
The goal of homework on a per-class basis is to provide constant exposure to Mandarin Chinese even in between classes.
